Through custom designed software and procedures, PMICP will help you identify the current strengths and weaknesses of your parts department. Using that data, PMICP will work with management to build an action plan and procedures to make your inventory processes more efficient, resulting in better customer service and greater profits.

Experience

 

Founder, Dan Greer, has more than 25 years of automotive parts experience in all aspects of the automotive parts business. He has worked from shipping and receiving to parts manager and understands the need for organization and training to meet the demands of a busy growing automotive parts business. He has successfully operated Software Concepts, a software analysis, design, and consulting business since 1993 and is a graduate of the Entrepreneurial Training Program, operated by the Entrepreneurial Resource Center (ERC), a program of the Craig School of Business at California State University, Fresno. and the Central Valley Business Incubator (CVBI). He has worked as a computer programmer and consultant creating warehouse inventory software. During this time, he has developed a procedural program to help organize and manage the daily inventory control process.
